Bio
Jeff Scepanski is a member of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright Practice Group, practicing in all areas of trademark and copyright law. He assists clients in trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement in the United States and throughout the world and has extensive experience managing global trademark portfolios and in domain name acquisition and enforcement. He also represents clients in copyright registration and infringement matters. His practice also includes negotiating and drafting settlement, coexistence, assignment, and license agreements. Jeff advises and counsels clients with an emphasis on finding the most practical strategy to protect their interests and achieve their goals.
